Please note that a daily resort fee of $25 plus tax will be applied upon check-in. This fee grants you access to parking, the luxurious Halii Kai resort facilities, pool area, fitness center, and towel service, all payable at the Halii Kai office during your arrival.

A highlight of your stay includes the Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass, valid for stays in 2024. The pass accommodates up to six guests (note that children under five are not counted towards this limit) and allows access from 4 PM on your arrival day until 11 AM on your departure day. You will find the pass and an instructional letter conveniently placed in your vacation rental upon check-in. Enjoy complimentary self-parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. With this pass, you will have access to all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs within the Hilton's grounds, including pool towel service. There are no blackout dates or restrictions, while fitness center access is available for $20 per person (regularly $25). Locker rentals at the Kona pool can be obtained for $10 per day.

It’s important to remember that the pass is exclusive for registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com, and sharing passes or adding additional guests is not permitted. If lost or damaged, a replacement fee of $250 will apply. Terms and fees are subject to change, so it’s advisable to check beforehand.

Your vacation experience also includes excellent amenities such as beach equipment—four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for maximum occupancy. Additionally, every rental is non-smoking, with most gated complexes being entirely smoke-free.

As part of your stay, you'll receive a starter supply of essentials such as laundry detergent, garbage bags, liquid soap, paper towels, and more. For any additional supplies, local grocery stores are easily accessible.
